We’ve enhanced calendars with a Custom Value Selector for easier value entry, reducing errors. Users can now quickly select custom values for fields like Calendar Name, Meeting Title, and more from Calendar settings. Simply choose the value using the selector and save.
The "Look Busy" feature hides a percentage of available slots to create urgency for bookers. Slots are now randomized throughout the week, making availability seem more varied. Users will see a different set of slots on page refreshes and after bookings. This feature supports various calendar types but not class bookings or service menus. To activate, go to Calendar Settings, enable Look Busy, set the percentage of hidden slots, and save.
The booking widget now automatically opens to the first available date configured for a calendar, even if it's far in the future, if only date-specific hours are set. This streamlines the booking process for future events by eliminating manual searches for available slots. For example, it will directly open to December 31st for New Year's Eve bookings. To use this feature, set date-specific hours without weekly working hours in Calendar Settings.
Calendly Event Importer now integrates with SSC, allowing direct import of Calendly events. This feature lets you use SSC’s tools for contacts, conversations, automations, and marketing. To connect Calendly, go to 'Calendars' > 'Calendar Settings' > 'Connections,' click 'Add New,' choose 'Calendly,' and complete the authentication. Select the calendars to import events from, consent, and save. Note: Only new events from selected calendars will be imported.
