PayPal and PayLater are now live as payment options for Forms, Invoices, Payment links, Order forms, and e-commerce setups. Customers can connect PayPal via Payments > Integrations to access PayPal and PayLater buttons at checkout. Users with multiple providers can select between PayPal or the other connected provider, while those with only PayPal see only PayPal-related options.
You can now add late fees to invoices, set globally or per invoice. Customize intervals, grace periods, and fees. Late fees apply after the due date or per payment schedule. Customers are notified via email.
You can now filter invoices in your workflows by new statuses: Viewed, Partially Paid, and Void. Go to Workflows, add filters in the Invoice trigger based on your conditions, and configure action items using if/else conditions. This helps track these invoice statuses for better oversight and proactive communication.
You can now enable auto payments on invoices with payment schedules. Automate payments for invoices by enabling auto-payments when sending. This eliminates the need for recurring invoices, allowing automatic charges on scheduled payment dates.
