The Task Reminder Notifications feature allows you to schedule daily reminders for your tasks through push notifications, SMS, and email. Located under Subaccounts > Labs > Daily Task Reminders, this feature enables customizable reminder times, ensuring you receive notifications at your preferred times for both due and overdue tasks. To use it, navigate to Subaccounts > Settings > My Profile > Notifications, enable daily summary reminders, set your preferred time, and save the settings. Note that reminders will start triggering one hour after configuration to ensure proper syncing across all notification channels. Additionally, you can now set reminders for tasks hours or days in advance.

The SMS Restriction History feature helps track adverse actions on SMS sending, like keyword violations. Enhancements include improved number search and call feedback for disabled locations. Recording and transcription speeds are improved. New blocked keywords include 'fireworks' and 'THC'. Bug fixes address SMS limit issues, correct 'PR' state labeling, and resolve Agency ID mismatches.

SMS Sent from International Long Codes to the UK Will Be Blocked

Effective July 30, 2024, SMS sent from international long codes to the UK will be blocked by all carriers. This measure is due to the abuse of Person-To-Person (P2P) routes for Application-To-Person (A2P) SMS. To comply, use a UK long code, Alphanumeric Sender ID, or short code for A2P messages. Provisioning UK long codes takes 48 hours. Review Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements and replace international long codes to avoid message blocks.
