Workflow Action Update - SMS AI
The new SMS AI in workflows lets users create smart, high-converting SMS by simply describing their intent. Just pick SMS action, activate AI, input details, choose tone, and generate the message.
The new SMS AI in workflows lets users create smart, high-converting SMS by simply describing their intent. Just pick SMS action, activate AI, input details, choose tone, and generate the message.
The "Remove workflows" action now lets users remove contacts from multiple specific workflows at once, unlike the previous method of removing them individually. New options include removing from the current workflow, another specific one, all but the current, or all workflows. Execution logs now reflect skipped actions if a contact is not part of a workflow. The deprecated "Remove from all workflows" action will be replaced by the new "Remove workflows" options.
You can now filter invoices in your workflows by new statuses: Viewed, Partially Paid, and Void. Go to Workflows, add filters in the Invoice trigger based on your conditions, and configure action items using if/else conditions. This helps track these invoice statuses for better oversight and proactive communication.
