New Workflow Action: Log External Call to CRM
Exciting news! We've just rolled out the workflow action that allows you to log external calls to the CRM.
What’s New?
You can now log external calls to the CRM using workflows.

To log any external call, you can trigger the workflow using the "Inbound Webhook Trigger" and configure the "Log External Call" action, and pass all the call details and call recording.

Call direction, phone number of the receiver for inbound calls and the phone number of the dialer for outbound calls are mandatory.
The call will be displayed in the conversations section of the contact.
